A publication that is intended to help parents,  educators, and students with special education needs work together to prevent conflicts, resolve them quickly, and allow students to develop their full potential and succeed in school. A great tool for Principals to have at their disposal, especially during ISRC or IPRC.

A fabulous blog by Jim McGrath. He writes about various types of conflicts and strategies to resolve them. Additionally, McGrath cites research which administrator could further read up on to learn more on conflict resolution.
